- Project Development Costs
GTI staff will work closely with you, members of your Team and the appropriate builders and contractors develop and refine a realistic development cost estimate and budget for the actual construction costs of the Theatre. Development costs are based on a turn key approach and include both exterior and interior building costs as well as fixturization, and pre-opening expenses.
- Project Supervision
With years of construction experience, we can provide Owner's Representative and Project Management Services to you during the design, development, and construction phases of your project. Services include scope of work development, vendor selection and contracts, project scheduling, site inspections, quality control.
